Why a site just for teardowns

Over the years, we kept meeting the same kind of seller. Someone who had lived in a house for 30 or 40 years, on a lot that had quietly become very valuable. The house needed everything, and every agent, investor and neighbor seemed to have a different opinion about what it was worth.

The truth is that a lot of these houses are not really being sold as houses anymore. They are being sold as land. We built Tampa Teardown to explain that clearly, so long-time owners and their families can understand what their property is worth to a builder before they decide anything.

It also lets us be specific. A teardown sale involves things most home sellers never think about: lot width, zoning, flood elevation, protected trees, historic review, demolition permits. Those are the details we deal with every day, and they are the details that decide what your land is worth.
